• Vesper opens for your after work hours & office parties.

  As we are moving towards summer, the Vesper bar team has been working on a new menu. After several try out we now proudly present our new menu. Take a look, have a sip and share your favorite drink with your friends through our Facebook page.

  Since we're not able to take any reservations especially not during rush hours, we suggest groups up to 40 pax. to get together in the late afternoon.
  However, for larger groups and all other inquiries we strongly recommend to send an e-mail to vesperamsterdam@gmail.com to make sure we're ready for you.
  If you are planning an Event, Cocktail Workshop or Urban Cocktail High Tea we love to welcome you outside opening hours on request for a private and intimate atmosphere. Cheers!

Cocktail Workshops

Have you always wanted to learn something more about Cocktails? Vesper is offering the opportunity to experience what it is like to work behind the woods. You'll be shaking/stirring up several drinks yourself, whilst we'll get into the rich and comprehensive Cocktail culture and its origins as much as wanted. Whether it's a Bachelor party, a team building effort or having fun with friends, this suits any kind of occasion! However, bear in mind that each and every drink made, has to be finished....

Our Cocktail workshop will take place with a minimum of 10 participants.

  Here at Vesper, we like to experiment with all sorts of spirits infused with all sorts of seasonal ingredients. Ask your bartender for our current Infusions!

  This porn star will appear without the use of Internet. A sexy combination of Ketel One Vodka, passion Fruit, vanilla, and served with a shot of Prosecco on the side.

  A Mediterranean drink based on Sabbioneta Pinot Grigio Grappa together with Carpano Antica Formula and drop of King Ginger liqueur. Salute!

  A tight cocktail flown by Nikka from the Barrel, together with King's Ginger liqueur and Carpano Antica Formula.

• THE STIG

• WASABI FIZZ

  Expect to go Japanese all the way, with Kizakura Sake, King Ginger liqueur and home made Wasabi syrup. All we do is 'yin yang-ing' it with freshly squeezed lemon juice, a drop of sugar and complementing with sushi ginger.

  In Memoriam one of the most striking battleships ever built by the English; The Maine. Honored with Willet Rye, Carpano Antica Formula and a dash of Tabu Absinthe. So help us God!

• EXCEPTIONALLY OLD FASHIONED

  We couldn't agree more. This drink is based on any superb rum of choice stirred to perfection with two bitters, Clement sugar and perfumed with a large citrus peel and served with the finest dark chocolate on the side.

  Our old pal, Johnnie Walker Gold Label Reserve, a bit of Cointreau, a dash of Cherry Heering and some home made grapefruit syrup. Bite the bullet baby!

• ZOMBIE

  This amazing drink is the godfather of all Tiki drinks, the Holy Grail if you will. Don't underestimate this drink, after two Zombies; you might starting to behave as a zombie… Since we use special blend of rums and a fresh mix of
  fruits, syrups and spices we could run out of it.

• V.O.C.

  Referring to the very fi rst Dutch trading company bringing Holland a ‘golden era.’

  Obviously, this drink is based on our Dutch pride Ketel 1 Jenever, accompanied with Dry Orange Curaçao from across the ocean, a splash of freshly squeezed lemon juice and a drop of Luxardo Maraschino.

• HERNANDO'S HIDEAWAY

  Think of a sleazy bar with sleazy drinks. Think rock music, gambling, shootouts and hookers decorating Hernando's favourite Hideaway. Take a shot of Don Julio Reposado Tequila, than bluff your way through with Zuidam Speculaas, Agave syrup and freshly squeezed lime juice to have a rough idea.

• BLACK TORN

  So, the Irish sold more whiskey than anyone before Prohibition time. That time long gone so lets have a trip down memory lane with Bushmills accompanied with some Carpano Antica Formula and a drop of Orange Bitters.

  For those who haven't been celebrating carnival in Brasil yet, imagine a swingin' shot of Leblon Cachaça, a dash of home made rock candy syrup, a drop of Xante Pears and some freshly squeezed lime juice. Makes you dance the night away!

  On that note we ensure you that this drink won't kill you, thus makes you stronger. Don Julio Reposado Tequila with home made Hibiscus syrup and freshly squeezed lime juice.

  Well, this cucumber is dressed with Ocho Blanco Tequila, fresh ginger, fresh coriander, a bit of both freshly squeezed lime juice and Agave syrup topped with Ginger Ale.
