Vesper loves whisky!

So much so that they decided to create their very own dedicated single malt whisky cocktail menu supplementary to their existing drinks repertoire.

Whisky lovers and curious drinkers alike were able to explore a variety of regional single malts in the form of 10 classic riffs with a number of surprises along the way.

Highlights during the limited period included the heart-warming 'Singleton Sour' made with Singleton 12 year old, chamomile honey syrup, lemon, egg white and grapefruit zest; the ‘Bobby Burns No. 57’ combining Dalwhinnie Winters Gold, Belsazar White, Quaglia Zafferano, marigold bitters and lemon zest; and the ‘Coffee Doc’ prepared using an immersion brew device combining Johnnie Walker Espresso Roast, sweetened coffee, cinnamon, sage and cardamom for a luscious treat for 2 to share.
