Vesper is evolving…

2026 will mark the beginning of a new era, a new adventure, where Vesper will undergo an exciting rebrand and shift gears, pivoting from late night specialty cocktail bar to an all-day audio gastrobar with a fresh new aesthetic, new moniker, new faces, new sounds, and a whole bunch of new flavours.

Just over a year ago Jules connected with the “crazy talented and charismatic brothers” Leonardo and Patricio Vomend (Masa Rotterdam/ Comedor Weena). Brought together by a shared love for mezcal, the three joined forces to celebrate Dia De Los Muertos. Leo set up in the corner of the bar and effortlessly served up his delicious tacos and tostadas whilst Jules prepared the cocktails and Patricio kept the vibes running high on the floor.  An unforgettable night hosted at Vesper and the reason we are here together today!
